Tinsel Baton with Streamers Countertop Display

Shine and dazzle with this Tinsel Baton featuring a clear plastic baton filled with tinsel and adorned with solid colored end caps that have multi-colored metallic streamers attached to them. Measures approximately 16 1/2" long and 1/2" in diameter. Streamers are about 8" long. Comes packaged in a poly bag in a decorative cardboard shelf display box. Countertop display comes with 24 pieces in assorted colors. Not intented for children under 3 years of age.
